NovaKons is founded by Ashish Srivastava, a civil engineer with over fifteen years in construction, infrastructure, project controls, planning and cost control. His work spans major construction and engineering organisations — including Shell, Jacobs, Meinhardt and OYO — across infrastructure, real estate and PMC environments, in India and on global projects.

Across those years, one pattern repeated on project after project: money was not lost because the systems were missing. It was lost because the most important information never reached them — sitting instead in WhatsApp threads, scattered bills, site photographs and informal instructions. By the time a problem surfaced in a formal system, the exposure was already real and the evidence was already scattered.

NovaKons exists to close that gap. It captures the reality of how construction actually operates and turns it into intelligence that owners, contractors, PMCs and consultants can act on — early enough to matter.
